GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions ‘Capra Science’ shall mean Capra Science/Bergman-Hessle AB, Ingelstorpsv. 229, S-262 92 Ängelholm, Sweden. The Terms and Conditions set out below shall apply to Capra Science products and services and to products distributed by Capra Science on behalf of other suppliers.

ORDERING
These Terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Capra Science. Any arrangements differing from these terms need written confirmation by Capra Science. Orders will be accepted in written form only.

PRICES
Prices of products do not include freight and packing, VAT or import duties where these are applicable. Prices and other information provided are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY
Orders received by Capra Science will be confirmed in writing. To ensure quality and stability of the product and minimize freight costs, Capra Science and its customers should agree on packaging and best way of shipping.

CAPRA SCIENCE LIMITED WARRANTY
Capra Science products are not intended for any in vivo use in human subjects. Capra Science provides services making custom-designed antibodies, therefore Capra Science can not guarantee a specific level of antibody titre in serum, as this is dependent on the antigen.
Capra Science shall not be liable for its failure to perform any of its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

PAYMENT
Invoices should be paid no later than 30 days after the invoice date, and customers must themselves pay any bank charges that are incurred in making the payment. Full payment instructions are set out on the invoice.

GENERAL
Contracts and agreements with Capra Science shall in all respects be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Sweden law.
