DNA Immunization

Generally recombinant proteins or synthetic peptides are used as antigen. However, if your antigen is a transmembrane protein or when protein-antigens are difficult to purify, using DNA-immunization is a good solution. We have established protocols for DNA-immunization schedules, that in turn gives good antiserum-titers.

Our DNA-immunization protocols work very well for all our hosts, i.e. goats, rabbits, alpacas, hens and mice.
